Principal
Will Obeid is the Founder and CEO of Arcade Capital. With over two decades of experience, he has led $2 billion in strategic real estate investments across multiple asset classes and market cycles.

Prior to forming Arcade, Will was CEO of Gemini Real Estate Advisors from 2003-2014. Earlier career experience includes The Blackstone Group and CitiGroup. His track record spans aviation infrastructure, hospitality assets, retail centers, and residential communities, with particular expertise in identifying undervalued, complex, or misunderstood niche asset classes and executing acquisition, development, & operational strategies to unlock value.
