Will Obeid is the Founder and CEO of Arcade Capital LLC, a dynamic real estate investment and development firm. With over two decades of experience, he has directed nearly $2 billion in strategic real estate investments across multiple asset classes and market cycles.

Will combines institutional investment discipline, honed during his tenure at The Blackstone Group and CitiGroup, with proven entrepreneurial success in real estate development, ownership, and operations. His track record spans aviation infrastructure, hospitality assets, retail centers, residential communities, and industrial facilities. He has demonstrated particular expertise in identifying undervalued assets and executing complex repositioning strategies that create enduring value.
Throughout his career, Will has been recognized for his innovative approach to real estate development and value creation. Notable achievements include pioneering successful hospitality concepts and leading the development of The Jade Greenwich Village, which received the 2014 Stanford White Award for Commercial Architecture. His developments have consistently demonstrated an ability to anticipate market trends and deliver distinctive projects that resonate with users and communities alike.
